The online workshop on Interculturality in Higher Education will be organized on 3rd and 4th June 2021 within the implementation of Erasmus+ Project „Fostering Internationalization at Montenegrin HEIs through Efficient Strategic Planning – IESP“.
The purpose of training is to demonstrate the challenges of internationalization with a special focus on identified differences of implementing the concept of multiculturalism (different cultures, citizens, ethnic and religious groups that live in common territory but not necessarily in contact and mutual relations) and interculturalism (different cultures, citizens, ethnic and religious groups that live in common territory and establish open mutual interactions, exchanges and recognition).

The IESP Project is a two-year Erasmus+ Project that has an aim to increase international visibility and competitiveness of Montenegrin universities through designing strategic documents, building capacities of teaching and non-teaching staff, improving procedures and equipment procurement.
